Techlan’s innovative recycling process diverts waste silicone release paper from landfill and then recycles it using the Circular Economy model. It cleans the release paper using its technology, allowing it then to be re-used in many applications. It supplies many blue chip organisations with its 100% recycled release paper.
It’s suppliers’ benefit by diverting the waste silicone release paper away from landfill to recycling, which lowers their costs and reduces their environmental impact.
Customers benefit from lower purchasing costs and as they are using a recycled grade, they consume less prime grade raw materials, which makes them more sustainable.
Techlan has attracted financial backing and had support from the Welsh Government and WRAP Cymru (Waste Resource Action Programme).
